Reach IBIZA
We are enthusiastic about God and about life. With Jesus and young people from all over Europe, we are going to the party zones of Ibiza to proclaim the best message in the world – THE EVANGELIUM. Isaiah 51, 5 – Soon I will fulfill my promise to help you. Rescue will not be long in coming! With a strong hand I will hold judgment over the nations. The inhabitants of the islands and the distant coasts are pinning their hopes on me. They are waiting for me to show them my power. Ibiza welcomes around 3.4 million tourists every year and offers the opportunity to party around the clock. In surveys of the world’s party islands, Ibiza usually takes first place. Party tourists and electronic music lovers in particular are attracted to the island’s “super clubs”. Beach clubs, large discotheques and hotel complexes that offer open-air parties during the day, as well as the hottest DJs on the electro scene, attract countless party vacationers. And that is exactly where we want to meet them with God’s love ! In 2022 we started a pioneer outreach to Ibiza for 24 hours, in 2023 we were already able to preach the gospel for 96 hours on Ibiza, pray for people, listen to them, inspire them for Jesus, connect with churches on the island and experience an outstanding fellowship with each other. WE’RE READY FOR MORE IN 2024 – ARE YOU IN?

In the middle of the party mile, we were able to talk to a Muslim about the gospel. He had many questions and wanted to know which religion was the right one. We were able to pray for him and for Jesus to reveal himself to him. He was very fascinated by the fact that we could talk to God and said: “Wow, if you can talk to God, you must be the happiest person in the world.” We then exchanged our contacts.
Between two big clubs I asked a woman: “Do you need a miracle?” Her answer was: “I need a thousand miracles!” So I invited her to the miracle chair and found out that she is a successful DJ booker. I asked if I could pray for a miracle in her life and it burst out of her: “My mother recently tried to take her own life, I have no relationship with my sister and my father left us when I was 14.” When I prayed for her, she cried and said: “Please don’t stop – we need what you are doing here in Ibiza!”
I had the impression of going to a young man and saying to him: “God sees you, God knows you and God loves you.” He replied: “That’s funny, someone came to me yesterday and told me the same thing.”
I was able to talk to a young man about faith. He was sober and said that he longed for an encounter with Jesus. He had many questions about the Holy Spirit and wanted to know what happened on Pentecost and Ascension Day. I was allowed to explain everything to him and also pray for him. Then he looked at me and said twice: “Thanks man!”
In the party rush hour in Ibiza, I asked a young man: “Why are you walking around here alone with a can of Coke?” He said that he was looking for a place to party and so we got talking. It became a long conversation with all kinds of faith topics such as: Being born again, repentance, new identity in Christ etc.. He wanted to know everything and kept asking questions. I was allowed to pray for him, after which he even said a prayer himself and didn’t want to go to a party afterwards. We exchanged contacts and met the next day to read the Bible together.
We wanted to evangelize on the beach and when we bought the parking ticket from a woman, I had the impression of saying to her “Jesús te ama!” (Jesus loves you!). She immediately started crying and did not stopp. When she mentioned that it was her birthday, we serenaded her, prayed for her and even gave her a hug. She said that she saw Jesus in my eyes when I said “Jesús te ama” to her
We prayed in a supermarket for a woman who had pain in her legs. We also met a very drunk British man there and offered him our help. He couldn’t believe why we were being so friendly to him. He told us that he had missed his flight and didn’t know where to sleep. It was a bad day for him and he also thought about taking his own life. He was very touched that we met him so kindly and offered him help.
