Allrounder for our finca
Are you a real allrounder, do you love tackling things and bringing them to life? Then the Reach Mallorca School is the right place for you! We are looking for people who are passionate followers of Jesus and live out this discipleship in their everyday work.
You can make a difference:
- You help to ensure that the finca can be used as a place of residence and training for young passionate Christians.
- Get hands-on and help with everyday tasks such as cooking, gardening and housekeeping.
- Maintenance and repairs of interior & exterior buildings
- You are in the middle of everyday school life, act as a role model and live out discipleship with the students.
- Reach the beautiful island of Mallorca and its party zones with the best message of the world.
- You form and implement new structures that are practical for everyday school life.

- Strong implementation skills and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic working environment

We are looking for a
Manager for our back office
Are you a conscientious person who loves to organize things and optimize processes? Then Reach Mallorca School is the right place for you! We are looking for people who are devoted followers of Jesus.
You can make a difference:
- Responsibility for finances including budget planning and controlling
- Together with Head Elena Turan, you will draw up budget plans and ensure that we develop our finances sustainably.
- You create important structures in the back office so that people can experience the gospel.
- Planning and organization of back office tasks
What you bring with you:
- Passion for Jesus and the worldwide spread of the Gospel
- Optional: completed basic commercial training (EFZ) or experience in the business sector
- Strong implementation skills and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic working environment
- Building a team of mission partners to finance the position. After introductory training, you will be supported by a coach.

We are looking for a
Gardener for the finca
You have a passion for nature, discipleship and Jesus. You love creating new things and being part of a Christian community. Then Reach Mallorca School is the right place for you! We are looking for people who are passionate about following Jesus and living out this discipleship in their everyday work.
Your tasks:
- You will plant and care for the seasonal plants on our 7000 square meter property.
- You will ensure that the lawn is mowed regularly and the trees/bushes are trimmed regularly.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of all garden equipment and machinery, such as mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers.
- You will monitor and maintain the health of the plants.
You deal with potential pest problems. - You keep the gardens and green spaces clean and tidy
