Rules that must be observed

As we would like to discuss and define rules for the school with you personally, we have decided against presenting you with a detailed catalog of rules. What we expect from you overall is that it is your own desire to behave as the New Testament describes the lifestyle of a Christian. We want you to take responsibility for your own lifestyle, but we reserve the right to introduce rules even after school has started if we feel it is necessary for the good of the individual or group. The only exception to pre-established rules is in the area of inter-sex relationships. We sincerely hope that you will all become friends with each other and perhaps even meet your partner for life at our school. Nevertheless, for the five months of RMS, it is important to us that everyone is fully focused on God and involved in the group. We therefore do not want you to start a relationship during the school and outreach time. If you have any questions about this or other points, please feel free to send us an e-mail. We will discuss everything else at the start of school.

Declaration of consent

I hereby register bindingly for Reach Mallorca School for the school year 2025 and agree to submit to the management of the school and to cooperate with the authorities of the work or the community with which we work on site or on our missions and to take their instructions and recommendations seriously.
I have read and fully agree to the terms and conditions and rules of Reach Mallorca School. All the information I have provided is true.
With my signature, the data protection declaration set out in paragraph 12 of the General Terms and Conditions
declaration of consent as part of this registration and I agree to the storage of my data as described therein.

Paragraph 12: General information and terms and conditions for participation in the Reach Mallorca School

1. Application
By applying, the applicant declares his/her willingness to be part of a Christian community and to join the respective program for the duration of the school. Willingness to participate in the common meetings and events is assumed. Unless otherwise agreed, only written applications are legally binding. Applications should be sent to the following address:

2. Confirmation
The applicant will receive a written confirmation with an invitation to an interview upon receipt of his/her application, unless otherwise mentioned. After the interview we will decide if you are accepted for the mission school. The application is not legally binding until the deposit of 900 Euro has been paid.
3. Price increases
We reserve the right to pass on any significant cost increases that occur up to the start of the mission school and add them to the price.
4. Liability
Reach Mallorca School assumes no liability for self-inflicted damages, accidents, losses, delays or other damages. For cancellations due to force majeure (water, fire, storm, etc.) we are not obliged to make any compensation payments. The participant authorizes Reach Mallorca School to seek medical assistance in the form of treatment, anesthesia and surgery in the event of an emergency, if in the opinion of the attending physician it is necessary, and releases Reach Mallorca School, its employees and volunteers from any liability arising from any possible injury, damage or loss caused by or to the above named person during an event/operation.
5. Changes
We reserve the right to make possible changes to the program, for example for organizational reasons.
If necessary, we will inform about changes by personal letters.
6. Non-commercial use of photo and film recordings
The applicant(s) agree that photographs and film footage may be freely used in the context of Reach Mallorca School publications, for non-commercial purposes. Should this not be the case, the applicant must inform Reach Mallorca School in writing via email.
7. Cancellation and withdrawal conditions
An applicant can withdraw at any time before the start of the RMS. For reasons of preservation of evidence, the withdrawal must be made in writing by email. If the participant withdraws from the application or does not participate without withdrawing from the participation agreement, compensation for arrangements made will be withheld. The institution may claim a lump sum compensation. This amounts in case of withdrawal,
between the 60th - 43rd day before the start of the RMS 20% of the total price.
between the 43rd - 22nd day before the start of the RMS 35% of the total price.
between the 21st day and the beginning of the RMS 50% of the total price.
If the Reach Mallorca School has already incurred fixed costs at the time of the participant's withdrawal, such as the booking of flight tickets, seat reservations with bus companies, etc., the cancellation costs will also be borne in full by the withdrawing participant. In such a case, the cancellation costs listed above refer to the total price. The institution reserves the right to prove higher damages in individual cases. If the participant cancels more than 60 days before the start of the event, only an administrative fee of 50 euros will be charged. The conditions listed above regarding cancellation fees for fixed costs remain unaffected.
8. Cancellation by the organizer
If, unless otherwise stated in the individual case, only 50% of the calculated number of participants is reached, the organizer is entitled to cancel the mission school up to one week after the stated registration deadline. The price will be refunded to the applicant in full without delay. Further claims for damages cannot be asserted.
Should the management send a participant home for disciplinary reasons, the cost of return transportation will be borne by the participant.
9. Liability
As the organizer, the institution is liable for
1. the conscientious preparation,
2. the careful selection and supervision of the service providers,
3. the correctness of the service description,
4. the proper provision of the contractually agreed services, in accordance with the local customs of the respective
of the respective place of stay. For a fault, in the execution of the trip / event in use
We are liable for the reason and the amount only within the framework of the conditions of carriage of these companies. Liability for damage caused by delay is excluded.
10. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of GOSPELTRIBE e.V.
11. Insurances
Appropriate insurances, such as health insurance, travel cancellation insurance, etc. for a longer stay on Mallorca must be taken out by the participant himself. The participant is also responsible for having received all necessary vaccinations.
12. Data protection notice
For the organization and execution of the mission school we have to store a part of the applicant's data from this form in our electronic data processing system. Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. The responsible administrators and employees of the mission school and the participating organizations (Gospeltribe e. V., JMG and Campus für Christus) have access to this data. In case of need, e.g. hotel bookings or similar, we may have to share the data with third parties. After termination of the mission school, the applicant can revoke the voluntary consent to the storage of the data at any time and is entitled to request extensive information or correction at any time.
