Liability
Reach Mallorca School accepts no liability for damage, accidents, losses, delays, or other incidents caused by the participant themselves. We are not obliged to pay compensation for cancellations due to force majeure (water, fire, storm, etc.). The participant authorizes Reach Mallorca School to seek medical assistance in the form of treatment, anaesthesia and surgery, if deemed necessary by the attending physician, and release Reach Mallorca School, its employees and volunteers from any liability arising from any possible injury, damage or loss caused by or to the above-mentioned person during an event/assignment.

Non-commercial use of photos and film recordings
The applicant agrees that photos and film recordings may be used freely in Reach Mallorca School publications for non-commercial purposes. If this is not the case, the applicant must inform Reach Mallorca School in writing by email.

WhatsApp group
A WhatsApp group will be set up for the duration of the assignment to facilitate communication. I agree that my cell phone number may be added to this group and that school staff may save my cell phone number with my name on their cell phones and contact me via WhatsApp. This consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with future effect.
